Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.
Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 5-7 business days
Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping. Expect free trial orders.
Returns and Refunds
At Osia Osia, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below: If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest. For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery. Osia Osia is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms - Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Osia Osia. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
International Shipping Policy
- The brand will fulfil all international orders from its end. However, the consignee will be responsible for the entry of the products to the country they have chosen to have the products shipped to and for compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to the same, including without limitation, payment of Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
- In the event and for any reason whatsoever, an order does not get cleared by customs in the destination country, the brand may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund of the customer’s order amount after deducting the shipping costs, return duty charges and any other charges incurred by the brand while processing the order and having the products shipped to the customer.
